LF DZYN Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Practices

1.2. The selection of a specific carrier or shipping method does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Unless explicitly stated as “Free Shipping” on the product page or during the checkout process, all shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the client.

2.2. Shipping costs will be calculated based on factors including, but not limited to, the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order, as well as the chosen shipping method.

2.3. The client will be provided with the applicable shipping costs during the checkout process before confirming the order.

3. Transit Risks and Limitations

3.1. LF DZYN’s responsibility for the order ceases upon delivery of the goods to the designated transport office or carrier in the client’s nearest city.

3.2. LF DZYN shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit, including but not limited to: * Delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. * Breakage, damage, or loss of goods during transportation.

3.3. Clients are strongly advised to inspect goods upon receipt at the transport office and to document any visible damage or discrepancies with the carrier immediately.

3.4. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments to mitigate the risk of transit losses or damages.

4. Delivery and Receipt

4.1. Delivery responsibility of LF DZYN ends at the nearest transport office in the city of the client.

4.2. Clients are responsible for arranging and bearing the costs of any further transportation from the transport office to their final destination.

4.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing the order.

4.4. LF DZYN will not be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the client.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Where applicable, LF DZYN will provide clients with tracking information for their shipments.

5.2. The availability and accuracy of tracking information are subject to the policies and systems of the respective carriers.

6. Policy Modifications

6.1. LF DZYN reserves the right to modify or amend this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the LF DZYN website.
