LF DZYN STUDIO – Return Policy

1. Introduction

LF DZYN STUDIO specializes in creating bespoke, made-to-order products tailored to individual customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict “No Returns Accepted” policy. This policy is designed to ensure clarity and manage customer expectations regarding the purchase of our custom-made items.

2. No Returns Accepted Policy

All sales made through LF DZYN STUDIO are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they fall under the exception outlined in Section 3 (Damaged or Defective Goods).

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours with uncut / unedited unboxing video of minimum 1080 pixel resolution  within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide clear videographic & photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number.

• Verification: We will review your claim and verify the damage or defect.No responsibility during transit lies with lf dzyn
• Resolution: If the  manufacturing damage or defect is confirmed, LF DZYN STUDIO will, at its sole discretion, either repair the item or produce a replacement at no additional cost to you.Shipping will still apply 
• Limitations: This exception does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

4. Cancellations

Due to the immediate commencement of production for made-to-order items, order cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed and confirmed.

6. Legal Compliance
